August 14, 1956 – October 7th, 2020

Engr. Samuel Ademola Adeladan is an epitome of leadership. He served diligently as foundation and BoT member of Fidi Strategic Development Initiative(FI) till his last breath. A gentle country boy from Fiditi where he grew, dreamt and achieved till he passed on to glory on that beautiful afternoon of Wednesday October 7th at about 13h30 in Abuja FCT.

My brother, Samuel Ademola Adeladan is a simple unassuming gentleman who believed in himself and do not believe in the title that he achieved professionally. Leadership to him is a two-way stream: He worked in our team and accomplished our mission.

SAA Pushed, Guided and Accomplished all our three Ts – Talent, Time and Treasure.

Time currency is what most Nigerians lack but not my beloved brother. Since we now largely live in a virtual world, he will always be in the first 5 that will join our zoom meetings to Grow Fiditi Together. He gave his all, he adhered strictly to processes and procedures.

Our kinsman followed up and through all activities. He did a lot for the level of goodness of Fiditi. He will put his thoughts together using Microsoft Office that many struggle to use. As I was updating distribution list of Fidi Prays for 2021 on Friday October 9th, I can again feel my brother’s presence.

I have no doubt that your legacy will be on forever, Oluwatosin your beloved first son and buddy, has pledged unequivocally long ago to be a dependable member of FI, he is a chip of the old block.

For our dear Sister Hannah and wife of SAA, take consolation that he is in a better place where there is no weeping and sorrow. All will be well with you, children and grandchildren.

Fiditi Strategic Development Initiative that we birthed together will follow up and through all our vision and mission. Rest on in the bosom of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ our dependable kinsman till we meet to part no more.
