Oladele Olugbemiga Agboola LL.M., FCIS, FCITN, ACS is a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria. He is the General Counsel & Company Secretary to Nigeria Inter-Bank Settlement System (NIBSS) Plc. Oladele is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association and the International Bar Association. He is an Honorary Senior Member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria; Fellow, Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, London; Member Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers and Fellow, Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria. Oladele enjoyed a distinguished career as a Private Legal Practitioner, Corporate Legal Counsel, Company Secretary and Corporate Governance Practitioner extending over 32 years across private legal practice, banking and electronic payments system.
