He had experience in both food industry and academia before moving into full-time Christian ministry. Currently, he is the Regional Pastor of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) UK Region 3 (Scotland). Kolawole is the CEO of Progress Forever International (NGO). His academic qualifications include graduate and postgraduate degrees in Food Science and Technology, Theology and certificate in Counselling.
